Spamming and sending unwanted text messages are strictly prohibited and can result in fines.
Opt-In (Permission-Based) Messaging
All SMS messages sent through our platform must be permission-based. This means that the recipient must have explicitly opted in to receive messages from the sender. No Purchased or Rented Lists
Customer/user of our ProspectingIQ™ service are not allowed to use purchased or rented lists of phone numbers to send SMS messages whether consent has been gathered or not. All phone numbers must be obtained through legitimate means and with the permission of the recipient.
To Opt-Out or Unsubscribe
To unsubscribe from any ProspectingIQ™ sms messaging lists, simply text 'STOP' to the originating number.
Compliance With Regulations
Our SMS texting service complies with all applicable regulations, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and the CAN-SPAM Act. We also require our users to comply with these regulations when using our platform.
Monitoring For Spam
We actively monitor our platform for signs of spam activity, including high message volume, repetitive content, and suspicious sending patterns. If we identify any potential spam, we take immediate action to investigate and stop the offending messages.

Prohibition Of Illegal Activities
Our platform is strictly prohibited from being used for any illegal activities, including sending spam messages. We reserve the right to terminate any user's account and report them to the appropriate authorities if we suspect any illegal activity.
